The IRI team meets client on the site and review the design plans whether they were done by IRI or its collaborators. However, if IRI wasn't involved in design process our practice is to do everything to understand the best design vision, client's expectation and budget through discussing the design, time frames, and conducting a detailed site visit to assess the space.

Based on the blue prints and previous meeting with client when all the particulars were discussed IRI works on providing the competitive bid to the client.

After client’s estimate approval, IRI schedules a project for implementation and a written contract is signed.
